  • Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) Museum: The AACA Museum hosts a variety of events dedicated to the preservation and presentation of motor vehicle history in a manner that provides for the education and entertainment of guests.
    • Open daily, 9:00am—5:00pm
    • Travel time: ~30 minutes
  • Rolls-Royce Foundation: The Rolls-Royce Foundation is an independent, non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the heritage of Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motorcars. The museum includes cars from across the line of Rolls-Royce and Bentley models, and a selection of related materials in changing displays.
    • Open Monday-Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm or other hours by appointment. Tours are provided.
    • Travel time: ~20 minutes
  • Eastern Museum of Motor Racing: While this museum strongly reflects the popularity of the open wheel, dirt track racing so popular throughout the northeast, you can also see a wide variety of racing machines from many other forms of racing including sprint cars, midgets, stock cars, motorcycles, Indy cars, NASCAR, drag racing and more.
    • Open every Friday (weather permitting).

  • National Civil War Museum:  The museum has a mission of serving as a national center to inspire lifelong learning of the American Civil War through the preservation and balanced presentation of the American peoples’ struggles for survival and healing.
    • Open 9:00am—5:00pm daily, except opens at 10:00am on Sundays
    • Travel time: ~10 minutes
  • Fort Hunter Mansion and Park: The park commands a magnificent view of the Susquehanna River and Blue Mountains beyond.
    • The park is open 8:00am-Dusk daily. The Mansion is closed December 23rd—April 30th.
    • Travel time: ~15 minutes
  • State Museum of Pennsylvania: The official museum of everything Pennsylvania was created in 1905 for the collection, preservation, research and interpretation of cultural and natural history of the state.
    • Open Wednesday—Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday, Noon—5:00pm.
    • Travel time: ~10 minutes
  • Whitaker Center: The Whitaker center has an iMax cinema, a science museum and shows on its list of offerings. As “one place to discover it all,” there’s truly something for people of all ages.
    • Open Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30am–5:00pm and Sunday, 11:30am–5:00pm.
    • Travel time: ~10 minutes
  • The Hershey Story Museum: This museum experience examines the journey of Milton Hershey from failed entrepreneur to chocolate king and philanthropic benefactor. Explore the history of Hershey in an educational and immersive environment, well-suited for both adults and kids.
    • Open 9:00am–5:00pm in February.
    • Travel time: ~30 minutes
  • Susquehanna Art Museum

  • U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center / USAHEC

  • PA National Fire Museum
