Regional Meeting Minutes

August 26, 2014

The August Membership Meeting was called to order by Steve Limbert at 7:31 PM on Tuesday, August 26th at Gilligans Restaurant.

Alan Lesher gave the treasury report. All is well for the rest of the year. The Rallycross program is now in the black and autocross income remains positive. We can expect more income in August. Alan Pozner moved and Geoff Craig seconded that the treasurers report be accepted – passed unanimously.

Henry Brillinger said we need more volunteers for the Carlisle import/kit car autocrosses we host for Carlisle Events.

Membership report by Steve Limbert – membership is down slightly to 340.

Geoff Craig will organize the Sunday, August 31 autocross double header at the Farm Show. Setup is on Saturday.

Rallycross – John Roscinski reports that there were 19 competitors at the July 26 event – down a couple entries.

Website – Mark Houser reports that the hosting agreement has been renewed and he posted the latest Squeal.

Good & Welfare – Alan Lesher will be at the PHA trials event at the lengthened Jefferson Circuit.

Pozner moved and Craig seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 7:56.
