- 52% open rate, 1,048 recipients
- BBP sponsor link seems to be popular
- 7 unsubscribes
- Links updated

- RX: 7 new members, 0 declined, 1,514 total
- Main group: 26 new members, 9 declined, 2,719 total (1% growth)
- Andy updated website with AX photos – add link to Heather’s RX photos
- Also removed broken links
- Making other site updates, might go down for a short time period
Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer
- July event
- Flawless event, no bad incidents, very efficient, less than 5 min. in total delays; longest heat swap was only 12 minute, 1-hour average per heat, done before 4pm, everyone followed work assignments well
- Only downside: tech needs to enforce number contrast for visibility better
- 11 people left without informing anyone
- Upped the cap to 140 which didn’t affect flow/length of the day
- June was largest event ever in participation
- Radio etiquette – have corner chiefs review expectations, add a sign somewhere (on truck, on radios, etc)?
- Drywall supply is low – Limms can provide some drywall pieces
Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski
- Review of event #4 at Williams Grove Historical Steam Engine Association
- 37 total competitors, expected a larger turnout with new venue
- 9 runs per driver
- Course was well received, very open and not pinchy
- Morning was slick with the rain
- Venue requires replacing grass seed – purchased 100 lbs
- Waiting on venue owner feedback for potential future events?
- Has bathrooms + plenty of paddock space
- Lots of spectators, including many steam engine association members
- Maintenance needed for Elmerton lot in fall – what does it need, dirt professionals/machines?
- Rake before next event
- Get quotes to be voted upon/approved
- Best case: lay seed in mid-October
- 5 graduates at STPR stage rally and finished
- Interns got 1st place in their class!
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote
- No news
Club Truck
- Truck maintenance (current and ongoing) discussion
- Need a home for wheel dollies
- Cleaning club truck date – August 23 at Melissa’s house
Old Business
- Provide business cards for handing out to prospective competitors
New Business
- Timing headphones to use with the radios so it’s easier to hear – bring your own (BYOH 🙂

- Hill Climb report – PHA is one of top programs in country (lot of drivers from our region)
- Alan went to PHA track day – car ran great but might be something wrong with engine, ended up .5 second off the record
- Giant’s Despair – best event of series
- Justin Peachey doing very well
- Two more events – not that far from here
- Cooling tent with portable AC
- BMR club winter rallycross near Reading
