Membership Committee Report — Greg

• 12 new members, 515 total, YOY 495, (vs. 473 2 years ago)
• Shared heat map of top 20 cities that membership represents

Club Communication

• Website – Andy Riggs
  • Updates, new images, troubleshooting ongoing issues/changes
  • Send any updates needed his way
• Squeal report – J. Limm
  • 46.9% open rate last issue
  • Continue running Vitour article cause of high CTR
• Facebook report – Felty
  • Main group – 2735 members, 17 approved, 9 declined
  • RX group – 1522 members, 6 approved, 7 declined

Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer

• Autocross report of July event
  • Really good event, more cars on course at one time, no incidents, everything went smoothly
  • Corner workers did really well with the quick turnaround
  • Timing – it was possible to send cars too quickly. Just be cognizant of faster drivers – the quick succession of cars messed up timing cause it takes a second to register T1 vs T2
  • Done by 3:23pm!
  • No timing delays, more red flags than usual
  • Able to have 45 min. lunch break
  • Better run/work groups than normal
  • Pro classes run time allowed for better instruction for novices
  • Kept run/work order the same from AM to PM
  • Reiterate in driver’s meeting – you must stay for work assignment or make arrangements if you have to leave early
• Trophy discussion
  • Top 5 positions definitely get trophies; offer 6^th and after as an option to receive a trophy. Members want trophies – why else go to banquet? Continue to have option to do trophy or a hat/something different.

• Match Tour prizes
  • $525 total paid out to top 3 positions: $100 for 1^st, $50 for 2^nd, $25 for 3^rd in each bracket – cash or MSR gift certificate

Rallycross Committee Report Report — Roscinski 

• Review of event #5
  • 40 entries
  • Lot of car issues
  • Everyone got 7 runs
• Williams Grove venue update – not able to go back; event beat up the course too much
  • We let them know if we can do anything differently, we’re happy to try
• 2 more events for the year
• Nat needs one more event for safety steward training to be complete
• Meeting TBD for future course care
• Philly (large region) RX reached out – will come to next event to see how things are run, etc.
  • Want to borrow equipment?? ie: timing stuff – they can get their own 😀
  • DC also has good RX program – why do they need us?
  • Marcus will send any additional helpful info/needed equipment

Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote

• Working on plans for 2026

Club Truck

• Truck maintenance (current and ongoing) discussion
• Put gas in it
• Sat. Nov 8 cleanout at Melissa’s 11am

• 2025 Fall Cross with a potential return to Bendigo Airport – promising idea
  • Jared called Paul to set up time/date to meet and see if we can do small event (seems open to idea)
  • Target date 11/22
  • Holding roll racing event in Oct.
  • Cap at 60 drivers
  • $75/driver – limit to not drivers – no trailers
