Membership Committee Report — Greg
- 509 total members, 7 new
Club Communication

- 1,046 email recipients
- Aug. email open rate: 48%, 4.5% CTR
- Facebook report – Felty
- RX: 10 new members, 5 denied, 1,531 total members, 1% growth
- Main group: 11 new members, 12 denied, 2,740 total members, 0% growth
- Website – Riggs
- RX page locations have been updated
- Main page slider photos updated
- Removing board phone numbers/any other contact info for security reasons
- Figuring out how to update homepage sponsor logos (which appear on various other pages too)
Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer
- Sept. event in 2 days – most people ever signed up
- Match Tour this year – drawing people differently this year
- End of morning event, taking top 24 in PAX = top dog
- Next 25-49 = underdog
- 50+ = lucky dog
- Exclusions 24 / 12 / 6 / 3 (top 3 prize) / 1
- Top dog & underdog
- Lucky dog = everybody runs then goes down to 24, 12, 6, 3, 1
- 2025 Fall Cross Update
- Can’t get FAA clearance this year, but that should happen next year
Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski
- Review of event #6 – pretty dusty
- 39 entries
- Less broken cars than last event
- Natalie issued safety steward license
- 2 more safety stewards on deck – Craig Faison & Scott McCurdy
- 1 more event for the year
- DC region’s attendance is mostly in the 20s
- BMR (in the winter) and Philly region starting their RX programs
- Support in whatever ways our region can help
- Future course maintenance in mind
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote

- Complete form – provide approximately how many cars
- Approx. 350 kids last year
- Club to provide candy by reimbursing anyone who purchases candy and saves receipts

- Asked if we wanted to centerfold ad for $200
