• Monthly Review of the books
  • Melissa Mauro, Jason Felty, John Roscinski reviewed the accounting statements and corresponding bank statements for January 2026 . All transactions were reviewed and confirmed as accurate.

Club Communication

  • 2025 moved into historical data
  • Sponsorships/events pages updated
  • Need to update 2 PDFs for dates
    • Updated our PDFs to our site not national’s website
  • Sups updated – send updated to Jake for the Squeal
  • Update videos to show drivers from our region – Chuck can help with this
  • Wait until after first event for software updates

Autocross Committee Report — McGahen

• Bendigo recap
  • Positive feedback / laid back atmosphere / many runs for everyone
  • Brian wants us to return / possible summer and/or fall event?
  • Fire Dept. had food available
  • Runway paint was challenging
  • Afternoon dry/warm – some cars went in grass
  • Timing issues – too far for old equipment, be sure to have numbers if you want to see times, lost signal when someone walked past T-Link
  • Should have some kind of documentation/backup for timing stuff in case Marcus can’t do it – crosstrain more people
• April event discussion
  • 15 on waitlist currently
  • 2 separate tech lines
• Annual tech/regular tech talk
  • Find annual tech during off heat
• May event will most likely sell out
• Some people don’t like how event registration all opens at once
• Bendigo August TnT event? 8/29 – determine if it is too much with the other schedule events
  • Decide within the next month/before next meeting – they need paperwork 2.5 months in advance
• Marketing budget request for RX/AX
  • Motion passes for $750 for Natalie to design banners / signs
    • General sign – feather with pole

Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski 

• Venue searching – looked at field near Bendigo for small event with potential
  • Exchanged contact info / make sure ducks are all aligned and have a finalized meeting
  • Gave us rental fee $1000 – might discount first event
• Venue 15 minutes from Bendigo – Lisa had reached out
  • Owner (sells side-by-sides) not really interested, not very large site, already gets dust complaints there
• Review quote / already approved

Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote

• Nothing to report
• Columbus Day potential date

Club Truck

• Truck maintenance (current and ongoing) discussion
• Reach out to church for parking – need to let insurance know where it will lives
• New wiper blades
• During season when it gets parked after Saturday events has to go in front of the church so they can use lot on Sunday
• Registration expires in March
• Need more registration forms
• Limms can provide more drywall pieces

Old Business

• Banquet recap/update/2027 date – Mauro
  • Positive feedback, people liked the room
  • Confirmation for February 20, 2026
  • Less trophies next year will help – only bring trophies for people that have registered
• Discussion of program discount for Board members – Mauro/Limm
  • 50% off for autocross events
  • ~33% off for rallycross events
  • Motion to extend discount to Board members – passes

New Business

• RE Expense Motion – Felty
  • Make annual motion that RE can sign contracts without having to convene the Board
• By-laws edits for 2026 – Mauro/All
  • Need to get any changes so we can get them out
  • Correct for suspension of members
• Pronto Meeting update – Mauro
  • Pronto $75/event – $1000 more per year
  • Has less functionality than AXware
