Autocross Committee Report — McGahen
- Recap of May event
- Inefficient event – rain, timing, incident, car took out timing briefly
- Trying to send as many cars as possible but with spinouts, etc. made it tricky, course workers had to work quickly
- Worker swaps were quick
- People not having registrations/proper numbers/etc. contributed to slowness
- Got orange and green tape to have on-hand just in case
- Inefficient event – rain, timing, incident, car took out timing briefly
- Red flag needs to be emphasized – call the reasoning on the radio; safety to call red flag as well, bring up again during driver’s meeting, safety tells everyone during radio checks as well
- New radios motion for $450: 6 board approved
- Midland FRS current model
- Weekend membership forms ran out at event
- Melissa has them for next event
- If running low on stuff – let Melissa know, have to get directly from Nationals
- Hempfield gave us 3 tablets – password? Bring tablets to events
- 4 Android tablets at Marcus’ house
- Autocross uses 2 at most
- Rallycross to have dedicated tablet
- Philly canceled event very last minute – Brandywine said no to them (~10 registrants)
- Susquehanna allowed them to register
- Darian donated two buckets and gave to members
Rallycross Committee Report Report — Roscinski
- Review of Event 2
- 47 entries (with 47 times!); 8 runs each
- Course was wrecked between 1st and 2nd events – made it work
- Reached out to Farm Show to let them know – talking with legal dept. and will get back to us
- No signs that it’s not public land – add something to site to deter people (no trespassing signs?) – could use sign budget?
- Couple hiccups throughout the day because of training many new people
- New worker chief; new timing chief – enthusiastic about it
- Mike & Andy shoveled/raked course 2 weeks ago
- Course looked okay recently, just bumpy
- Rake lives outside – reaching out to manufacturer for replacement part?
- 19 registered for next event so far
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote

- Truck maintenance – inspected and oil changed
- Truck needs new home – still on street
- Shell pulling away from wall/ratchet strapped for now – Marcus needs help drilling holes to add more fixing points

- Don’t need to sign waiver if you have an annual waiver, good for whole year
- Could make checking in slightly faster; more efficient
