This is a double header event.
MORNING EVENT TIMETABLE
NOTE: MORNING SESSION – STARTS EARLIER THAN USUAL. ARRIVE ON TIME! Call a friend or organizer if you have an emergency. We must have time to finalize registration before the runs start and can not take very late entrants, even if you have pre-registered.
7:00AM: Suggested arrival time
7:00AM: Course open for walking
7:00AM: Tech & Registration open
7:30AM: Novice Walk Through at the start line
8:00AM: Tech and Registration close
8:15AM: Driver’s meeting
8:30AM: First car off
AFTERNOON EVENT TIME TABLE
11:00AM-12:00PM: Suggested arrival time
Registration & Tech ~1 hour prior to the end of AM session (during the final heat of AM)
Novice walk-through conducted by an instructor when time permits
~12:30-1:30PM: Driver’s meeting:
~1:30-2:30PM: First car off (time not guaranteed)
Registration & Tech close before start of driver meeting.
For the afternoon event (register for the separate event): registration and tech reopen ~1 hour before last morning heat ends. We will usually break for lunch for 30-45 minutes after last car, then drivers’ meeting. First PM car off after driver meeting.
Is the event open to spectators? If so is the an entry fee?
There is no entry fee for spectators, and we ask that you please observe guidelines as far as wearing a mask/face covering and maintaining social distancing protocols.
