- March minutes
- Sponsor Updates
- New sponsor! Hempfield Technology – donated 3 tablets
- Title sponsor for both AX/RX: Hanover Toyota

- 2025 State Charter Requirements
- Had to provide state charter renewal
- In the past, it was only if we had a change (President, VP, treasurer, address change)
- Received postcard that we have to file with state every year regardless – good to go for 2025
Treasurer’s Report — Lesher
- Autocross, Rallycross, membership & sponsorship income, distribution, and YTD figures were reviewed.
Membership Committee Report — Greg
- 11 new members since last year, total of 511 members vs 514 YOY
Club Communication
- Squeal report – J. Limm
- Sent to 1,031, 44.8% open rate, 2 unsubscribed
- Need to update links at bottom of Squeal to 2025
- Website missing events calendar + All 2025 supps/2025 rules need updated – JM
- Need to send Andy 2 a website login
- Markus updated events to just be listed with links to MSR.com (no calendar)
- Facebook report – Felty
- RX group: 1,501 members, 1% growth, 12 approved, 13 declined
- Main group: 2,647, 1% growth, 18 approved, 15 declined
Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer
- Review of events 1 & 2
- Successful, things went smoothly, cold and drizzly, few small mishaps, one car mishap but owner okay, no timing issues, finished on time
- Annual tech was awesome, 6 people teching, almost all cars done by 8am
- People appreciated coffee and donuts – can we do this all the time?
- Have bottled water available
- Have someone at start to check helmets, passengers, lights, etc. but not on the radio (timing can see numbers), grid can be spot checking this as well
- Drivers have the windows up or down all the way
- DC region shared article on spectators vs hot area participants (to have specific wristbands) – announce during drivers meeting what is allowed
- Spectators have to stay out of hot areas/grid
- Passengers riding along should have different color wristband and sign weekend membership
- Blue, yellow, orange, checkered (spectator) wristbands available
- Registration – instruct Ron/Travis/Betty to check ID/valid licenses moving forward – include in the email before the event so people are prepared
- If under age of 18, a minor waiver needs signed
- Photographer should have spotter, use extra corner workers – need to be checking this better during events
- Discuss June event with Dodge people
- They’re signing up for June event
- People are reaching out to David for classing – tell them their actual class and reg is first come first serve.

Rallycross Committee Report Report — Roscinski
- Venue search update
- Dillsburg fire hall + fairgrounds with in-house porta potties, they’ll fill in holes (92 total acres, may give us 9-13 acres) as potential venues
- Board will vote on it May 12 – okay with doing July event
- We could postpone Farm Show event until next year
- School with 12 people, rainy and wet weekend
- Structure more like AX school and charge more for one-on-one instruction
- Have more interactive drills rather than talking at participants
- Have it more as a combo school/TnT
- Susq is the only region that offers a school
- Event 1 with 31 people the next day, muddy
- Timing issues
- Dave renewed safety steward, John will send Natalie information to become a Rally Safety
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote
- N/A
Club Truck
- Truck maintenance – tires balanced, inspected, new inside valve stems, need one more valve stem until it’s good to go, muffler has hole
- Old plaques – 2023 and older were thrown away
- Trophies from past banquet are at Melissa’s – inform people who have trophies so they pick them up
Old Business
- T-Shirt update for May events – 150 are done! Need to pay for them once we receive invoice
- Alex will pick them up in Lewisberry
- Ready for May 3 event – use cash drawer box (get $100 in 5s and $100 in 10s)
- Charge $20 cash per shirt
- Set up PayPal account with routing number
- Give registration people cash box code
