Treasurer’s Report — Lesher 

  • 2025 Report so far
  • Significant income from recent events
  • Prepaid for Farm Show/Williams Grove upcoming events
  • Truck expenses
  • T-shirts selling quickly

Membership Committee Report — Greg

  • 16 new members, total of 513

Club Communication

  • Squeal report – Limm
    • 53% open rate for May newsletter (1,036 total recipients), 2% CTR
    • Who are these people receiving the newsletter that aren’t Susq members? Perhaps we try a campaign to get them to become members
    • Vitour article received many more clicks than other links
  • Website
    • Supps, sponsorships, solo/rallycross rules, sponsors updated
    • Andy R. tracking what documents need to be updated every year
    • When maintenance updates are occurring – post announcement on FB group that updates are happening to explain any downtime
    • Fixing add-ons, getting stuff up to date
    • Marcus removed unused plugins
    • There are tutorials on updating the website from KP that may be helpful
    • Remove Doug Austin’s Flickr account from homepage
    • Send Andy R. a list of things to update/fix
  • Facebook report – Felty
    • Main group: 2,695 total members, 29 new members, 15 declined
    • RX group: 1,509 total members, 5 new, 8 declined

Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer

  • Rob got email that March 2026 Nationals is requiring course designed be licensed by completing an online course. We should have at least one other person licensed.
    • Jason Felty & Larry Cronin willing to do course
    • Probably Don Hirt would do it – get enough coverage
    • July 1, 2025 course opens online
    • March 1, 2026 need to have course completed by for next season
  • Last event went smoothly – most highly attended event so far 134 drivers in AM, 115 in PM (3 heats) and still done by 5
  • 1 close car with novice but all was okay
  • Course was well-liked
  • 22-minute lunch break
  • 37 minutes to do worker swaps, which could be shorter
  • 34 minutes in timing delays total
  • No trash left behind!
  • Many shirts were sold
  • Forgot to announce end of day trophies but some people hung around
  • Thanks to Andrew Lobb, Chuck Tee, Andrew Riggs, Stirling Fazio stepped up to do new roles they never did before
  • Overall season points need corrected – Marcus will continue to do them through the system
    • Trophy “T” on results page shouldn’t be there – need to remove them cause it’s not accurate for total season points
  • Kenny and Melissa talk to NEPA/CPR about using Pronto timing system
    • Andy R.’s got the hookup on equipment if needed
  • Jared McGahen recommends combining Pro, RT and CAM T: given the number of drivers, bump winners out to 5

Rallycross Report — Roscinski

  • 31 drivers at last event
  • Rain in AM
  • Next event at new venue on 7/19, plenty of paddock room
    • Could be confusing to get there – provide map, SCCA signs, etc.
  • 12 people signed up so far
  • Natalie finished safety steward course online – need to shadow at 2 events to get license

Club Truck

  • Truck maintenance (current and ongoing) discussion
  • When going through traffic in 100-degree weather, brake pad right front will lock up and smoke, check it after you drive it, if it’s still bad, need to check it out
  • Need to throw away stuff in truck/clean up and reconfigure heavy stuff
    • Set truck organization clean up day for 7/26 – Rob & Jason not available
    • Melissa to send email, Nat/Jake have driveway and pressure washer available but may not be available depending on the time

  • 500 cards ordered with QR code to MSR
