Regional Meeting Minutes

February 26, 2013

The February meeting was convened at Gilligan’s on February 26, 2013 at 7:58 pm, with Regional Executive Chris Paveglio presiding.

Alan Lesher gave the Treasurer’s Report, saying there was little activity in February.

Steve Limbert reported that our Region membership now stands at 257, an increase of three from last month.

Steve Limbert reported last month that AP Tuning, a Parts and Performance business, had inquired if they could sponsor our autocross series. Steve has contacted them but they have not yet returned his calls.

John Roscinski reported on RallyCross. Kate agreed to act as registrar for the three RallyCross series events and asked if she should arrange for a worker assignment person. John asked that buckets be purchased to contain the fire extinguishers and phones and also act as worker station location indicators.

Markus Houser introduced a motion to the Executive Board for the approval of $350 for
the purchase of timing hose equipment for the RallyCross events. Motion carried.

Alan Pozner volunteered to develop instructions for our new timing equipment.

Markus announced that Saturday March 23 will be the day for the cleanup and organization of the club truck at the West Chocolate Avenue Storage facility in Hershey where the truck is kept.

It was agreed that Weekend Membership for riders should remain at $5 rather than increasing to $10 along with the new WEM price for competitors.

Payment for advertising from Corkoo.com has not been received. Their ad in The Squeal will be dropped.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:50.
