- Appoint a review committee to go over monthly at each meeting

- Oct report – most revenue ax
- Expenses: sanctioning fees, EMT, timing, port-a-john (late with bills)
- Positive change in balance; doing quite well
- Change by-laws to include review of the books spread over 12 months – update wording
Membership Committee Report — Greg
- 5 new members, total of 507
- 2024 – 494
- 2023 – 466
Club Communication
- Squeal report – J. Limm
- 48.8% open rate; 20 clicks total
- 1,040+ recipients
- Website – Andy Riggs
- Deadline for 2026 sponsors – before the first event preferably

Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer
- Match Tour huge success as always – more cars than ever, no incidents
- Some initial issues with forgotten equipment and minor timing issues that were able to be fixed
- Few people commented on streamlining the end so it goes faster; lulls that took longer than others
- Improve spreadsheet for next year? Does Pronto offer a way to make it easier? Most likely cause of elimination style stuff at national events
- 42” monitor to display Match Tour times; runs; etc. powered by small battery packs + tablet with Verizon
- Need more hotspots – we only have one that goes by timing; doesn’t work by registration
- Get Starlink? 1 time payment for monthly subscription with access points
- Event schedule – overlapping with some National events
- Rob not available potentially one event
- Highlight dates that need to be reviewed again
- DC local event at FedEx – don’t overlap with
- Host points events at Ripken or other venue? (capacity? Limited trailer parking)
- Can’t use Farm Show lot 9/25-10/25
Rallycross Committee Report — John Roscinski
- Working on course maintenance
- Before adding any more material, level things out
- Melissa’s landscaper potential connection with excavation company – has time during the off season for reduced $
- Need to send out email for rallycross-specific planning meeting
- List for Lisa to reach out to additional venues – send any her way if you have ideas
- Look at people who have run in past 3 years
Old Business
- Motion last meeting for new equipment $1300 to set up with Farm Tech
- Get some batteries for $90
New Business
- Jake working on survey about why people aren’t becoming members; a general temperature check; what programs they’re looking for; etc.
- AHR rented Subarus a few years ago to run car – would Hanover Toyota do something like this? Melissa talk to Hanover Toyota
- BMR having December 13-14 rallycross
- Bendigo Airport potential event March 21, 2026
