- RX: 9 new members, 2 declined, 1,536 total
- Main group: 11 new members, 8 declined, 2,748 total – one of the highest FB member counts in this area
Autocross Committee Report — Benfer/McGahen/Springer
- September event – had a lot of cars and things went smoothly
- Record number of drivers and still done by 5pm
- Swap times avg. 8 minutes and able to take lunch break
- No incidents
- Work/run order allowed pro class to instruct with novice class
- Truck came on course in the morning after driving past two barriers
- Two bikers wanted to cut through the course after going past Larry and Mike S.
- Two small timing delays – 9.5 minutes in delays total so not bad
- Tom Caroll reached out to Hershey/Giant Stadium, Heather Storm + boss at Hershey (Matt) – said no altogether. Any car events not worth their time
- Bendigo a storm possibility for next season
- 4 classes for Match Tour – new class Costco hot dog??
- Top 24 & Under 24 compete
- Street & Lucky compete
- 24, 12, 6, 3, 1
- Overall PAX not by heat
- Money is secured for all payouts
- 138 drivers registered – no waiting list
- Tshirts – hang it/make sign – cash or Venmo
- Discounted since they are dated
- Give out as banquet prizes
Rallycross Committee Report — Andy Bierach
- 34 drivers
- 10 runs total and beautiful weather
- 1 red flag
- No incidents
- McCurdy clan brought brats
- Blue Mountain Region (BMR) hosting Nov-Mar events
Club Truck
- Club truck cleaning date 11/8 at 11am + financial audit
- Limms bring pressure washer, shop vac + Melissa scrubby brush & soap
- Need somewhere to put trash
Trunk or Treat
- 2 members showed up with twice as much candy and still ran out
- Half as many cars as last year + half as many cars
- Need about $120-150 worth of candy
- Next year: club will cover certain amount of candy

- Marcus got email that Race America is going out of business – products from timing boards, 6 T-links $630, 9 batteries, 3 USB power emitters, 3 beam sensors, AC4 wired, 3 signs $1500 (1 broken at Marcus’ house), 6 foam blocks
- Do we know of an alternative company? Farm Tech, Kronos
- $29 per – let’s buy backups
- $255 – spare beam
- 4 batteries – find alternative vendor for new ones
