- Sponsors – Hanover Auto Group is 2025 title sponsor for both programs

- December Report: +$19,024 thanks to AX
- We’re in good shape, will be good for 2025
Membership Committee Report — Greg
- New members: 9
- Total members: 493 (last year 466)
Club Communication
- Squeal report – J. Limm
- Jan. issue open rate: 52.2%
- Facebook report – Felty
- RX: past 2 months: 7 approved / 7 declined / 1478 members
- Main group: 25 approved / 15 declined / 2607 members
- Andy #2 will take a look at the website – Mauro will provide login credentials
Autocross Committee Report — Mauro/Benfer/Springer
- Reviewing contract with dates
Rallycross Committee Report Report — Roscinski
- Dates mostly confirmed – need Farm Show contract
- Determine RX planning meeting dates – other venues?
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote
- Franklin & Fulton County – event brainstorming
Club Truck
- Truck maintenance (current and ongoing) discussion – start it up, check tire pressure/2 inside rear needed air, battery was good
Old Business
- Banquet Updates/Committee – Mauro
- Drink tickets: Mauro – discuss in email
- Program: finalize details
- $200 door prize budget – people want to donate and will bring to banquet
- Jacket order is in
- Hat registration closes this Sun
- Ben will provide photos, then can send trophies
- Meeting/pizza night to box up trophies date – Board to meet Thursday before banquet instead of regular meeting for all
