Call to Order – 7:05 pm-7:53 pm
RE’s Report — Mauro
- October minutes approved – updated with 2 opponents who dropped out after last meeting. Andrew Lobb declined the position on 10/31/24, and Jared McGahen declined the position on 11/2/24.
Treasurer’s Report — Lesher
- Autocross, Rallycross, membership & sponsorship income, distribution, and YTD figures were reviewed.
Membership Committee Report — Greg
- 4 new members, 494 total, YOY 466
Club Communication
- Squeal report – Limm
- 51.57%, 3.34% CTR, 1,000+ recipients
- Add something about web manager person
- Facebook report – Felty
- RX – 6 approved, 1,476 members
- AX/main group – 8 approved, 15 declined, 2,597 members
Autocross Committee Report — Mauro/Benfer/Springer
- Good Match Tour – a few timing issues due to wind/leaves but overall successful event
- Look closer into Farm Show schedule next year for optimal scheduling – Nov. weather is colder but flea market is done for the season then
Rallycross Committee Report Report — Roscinski
- Attended New England event – new ideas for next year
- Ie: additional venues, sponsorships, more participation, trophies for novice/visiting members (announce throughout event so people hang around), magnets/cups/stickers/etc, small awards ceremony, we have money for cool swag – make specific to event (dates, events, location, etc.) or generic?
- Additional maintenance costs
Club Truck
- Truck maintenance – look for leads for solar panel, Rob taking it to fix leaky tire, inspection, check exhaust, front suspension/alignment, balance front tires, etc. in January

- Gordon passed away – need a new Susquehanna rep: Jason Fraley, officially appointed (alongside Joe Whiteley & Don [last] with Jennifer & Don Dehart as alternates)
