What’s the cut-off date for reserving a hotel room?

For the Quality Inn, cutoff date is 2/13/19.

NOTE: GUEST ROOMS AT THE CONVENTION VENUE ARE COMPLETELY BOOKED. Below are two additional options where we’ve reserved blocks of rooms.
