- Melissa Mauro, Jason Felty, John Roscinski reviewed the accounting statements and corresponding bank statements for April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026. All transactions were reviewed and confirmed as accurate.

- Weekend memberships now changing $25 per – needs updated on every event from $15

Autocross Committee Report — McGahen
- McGahen access – FB page has 35% more engagement / 140 increase in followers
- Record attendance numbers for first event – 2 tech lines went very smoothly
- Timing tent went well once moving the tent – people expressed interest in learning timing; able to have more at the tent
- Short 20 min. lunch break
- Last car off at 3:45pm
- Some novice confusion – ran when technically not supposed to
- Car made it through without being teched – grid caught
- May event sold out – less in PM than April but event not sure why
- Spent 70 min. in worker swaps
- 269 entries not counting no shows – Sept. was previous highest with 257 entries
- Annual waiver – show hard card and have silicone wristbands
- Change color every year?
- Marketing – signs have been ordered, should be here by May event
- Points process – Markus send Melissa points stuff
- Had to fix PAX times
Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski
- 15 entries for the school
- 43 entries for 1st point event – record number
- Weather not so great
- Bulldozer worked well – stay on top of course maintenance; using our rake
- Make sure jumps don’t get out of hand
- Room to move course in and out
- Potential timing chief in interest
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote
- No new news

- Needs inspected / change oil next month
- Call church by Melissa’s house
- Kristin sold lot behind her house
- School buses can’t get around
- Batteries need charged or swapped first thing in the morning
