Autocross Committee Report — McGahen
- Ax report
- Done before 3pm; earliest in Elmerton history with 41 minute lunch break
- Slightly lower turnout – 249 combined
- Match Tour info released – Nat make graphic to promote more
- Social media reels – increase these
- Review survey results – mostly positive
- Most prefer 40-45+ second courses
- 2/3 prefer same run order
- 58% would stay longer for a 5th run in the afternoon
- 49% prefer a lunch break in between sessions
- 53% would stay for 1st place trophies – pint glasses and stickers seem like top items
- Enhance the Match Tour to make it more known to be our signature event (marketing, tshirts, raffles, stickers, etc.)

Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski
- Review of event #4
- 42 entries & crappy weather/smoke
- Expedited schedule with 6 runs – hour-long lightning delay
- Avoided having to rent water truck due to weather
- Need of new shirts for new chiefs – need for Ian & Cory
- Quote for board to review/motion
- Beginning of July – DEP complaint about excessive dust; DEP also called Farm Show letting them know about the warning; we need to show that we are taking steps to mitigate the dust.
- Suggested Farm Show’s water wagon – help us in the morning to wet the track & at lunch – possibly free or $75/load or per day
- Options given to us:
- Make a reasonable attempt to have the smallest amount of dust as possible
- Palliative chemical to reduce dust
- Planted grass as well
- Trying to fix trailing arm – someone who can weld cast iron – no support from manufacturer
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote

- Stickers – let each driver take one when checking in at registration
- 225 total in 2 sizes
- Set aside 50 for rallycross
New Business
- Clarification of roles of director positions – Jared
- 3 director positions available – role include: 2 autocross and 1 rallycross
- Serves as link between members and board (2 of the 3 do both programs) – not in the by-laws, recommended to not add it
- Checks & balances / can say yes or no to things
- Other regions – directors have a specific role for each (someone in charge or FB, etc.)

- “Gift”/donation to PHA for Shenandoah Labor Day weekend track sprint
- We have more hillclimbers than road racers
