- 1,067 recipients; 47.14% open rate
- 3.5% CTR rate
Website report – Riggs
- Season points; event points update-to-date
- 10k impressions average
- Hillclimb; current results are popular search results
- Mobile more popular than web
- Looking into Microsoft account/Sharepoint site for distribution groups, photo storage, email, etc.
Facebook report – Felty
- Main group: 2,916 total members; 20 new; 12 declined; 1% growth; one of largest FB group within our region
- Rallycross group: 1,596 total members; 4 new; 5 declined; 1% growth

Autocross Committee Report — McGahen

Recap of last double header
Lowest driver count so far this season
5 runs in the afternoon; still done at 4:03pm
Match tour: 140 people signed up so far
- Horse Show scheduled the same day – assured us it would be fine
  - N. Limm will go up to look at lot that week prior
Noticed more trash left behind getting worse – under cones; in grid grass – bring up next drivers’ meeting
Media should have a vest indicating what they are doing – should probably also have a spotter

Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski

Review of event 6
- 43 entries – pretty good
- Very dusty; timing hose broke but had spare
- Continue dust mitigation
- 16 registered for last event to-date (#7)
Steve Parsons – Rallycross board
- Sun shirts – motion to get 5 for Safety Stewards at $25 each
  - SCCA logo and yellow/orange shirts
  - Motion passed – 6 votes
New radios (motion Jared) – dust & waterproof version
- $400 for 12 – rallycross to have their own for next year

- If people want to buy candy and club pays for it, save receipts to be reimbursed

New Business

Loaner helmets expiring 12/31/26
- Look at and figure out how many we need to purchase
- Discuss during planning meeting
PHA – ad for banquet program 11/8
- Last year did centerfold for $200
- This year raised centerfold to $225
  - Motion to advertise in 2026 banquet program
  - Motion passes
- Submit cover ad for consideration? Due 10/25 – no
Nomination discussion for 2027 Susquehanna Region Board – Mauro
- Figure out which directors are up for reelection
- All positions are up for reelection; only one director (Andy Bierach)
- Nominations through MSR – sending list to membership
