- Paid for lot maintenance, truck registration, Cricket wi-fi, Tillett porta-potties, signs, Jet takes a while to bill things, radios, etc.

Autocross Committee Report — McGahen
- Recap of June event
- Guest course designers – Wolpert, Lobb, Felty, Cronin
- Really good event, record turnout but more drops than usual
- Morgan Autoclub appreciated the event; would like to come back
- Ran separate than novices; minor issues
- Heat 2 had some issues – 15 minutes in overall delays; timing, coolant spill
- Short 15-20 minute break with minor course adjustment (removed 4 cone wall slaloms)
- Done by 4pm
- Our efficiency is really good – starting at 8am and done around same time as other regions
- New radios; earpieces available; 3 charging bases between 18; radios are labeled
- Figure out who gets radios when – at the end of the next autocross 7/11, Andy 2 will take radios home to charge before the rallycross 7/18
- Next event sold out
- Timing errors: almost everything fixed; numbers need to be legible
- Send incorrect times and details to Melissa to figure out how the incorrect times would effect season points
- Consider helmet stickers and scanning for future seasons
- Consider person at start to write numbers on a clipboard so that there’s a second analog backup
Rallycross Committee Report — Roscinski
- Review of Event 3
- 40 entries
- 1 competitor from Maine
- Very dusty
- Timing issues; lost data when laptop wasn’t plugged in/charged
- Andy providing laptop instead of Surface
- 20 registered for next event so far
- Cast iron rake is somewhat broken (trailing arm?) – replacement/fix/welding options
- Add some additional dirt – need 2 truck loads?
Scavenger Road Rally Report — Chilcote

- Silicone wristband – consider for next year

- Spend the rest of the budget on 3 varieties for outdoor

- Motion to $1,325 in Match Tour Prizes:
- Top Dog: $500, $200, $100
- Underdog: $200, $100, $50
- Street Dog: $100, $50, $25
- Announce to our region members first via email in the Squeal then post on Facebook
- Natalie create graphic for the Squeal
- Option to limit registration to Susquehanna region members first? Might get weird since registration has already been open
